We appreciated Nick being available each visit, even though we didn't make any appointments! Just a couple of things re admin. Firstly we were sent a generic email from Harcourts which was largely about selling homes, not property, so it didn't apply to us. Lysbeth didn't receive any emails relating to Nathalies property. They were forwarded twice to Jocelyn instead. Also Lysbeth's name wasn't spelt correctly on one occasion. Just a little thing, but could be improved on. Also a couple of typo's in the advertisement for property. However, we really appreciated the short time awaiting the sale, and understand the ground work that was done previously. Thanks

I only have high praise of all my dealings with Demi. Demi is very nice to deal with, professional, always courteous, always smiling, nothing is ever too much trouble. Always on time, never minded my friends and I probably overstaying our inspection times. If I asked questions Demi might not have the answer to, she would follow up and get back to me. If only all Real Estate Agents would be like Demi, the world of Real Estate would be a much nicer place.
