I recently purchased property through the agency Nick runs and was heartily impressed. I dealt mostly with Hannah Katz and i can not praise her enough, she was thoroughly professional, pre-empted most of the questions i had, and answered a few i hadn't thought to ask. I have the impression that the agency tries to create the most transparent, honest transactions they can, a smart business model in my opinion. What contact i did have with Nick was very much in this vein, he was helpful, patient and thoughtful in the information he provided. My purchase was small beer in the real estate world, but at no time did i feel this, Hannah was very thorough, a warm honest person, and an excellent agent to help a first time purchaser. From what I saw of the rest of the office i think it is no accident she is working where she is. I was thoroughly impressed, and can think of no faults. Being a very critical person that has worked in retail and wholesale business I am surprised that i can't think of any room for improvement. I would have no reservations recommending Nick and his agency to friends and family, you may be able to find a better agency, but i fail to see how. 100% satisfied.
