I dealt mostly with Hannah Katz and i can not praise her enough, she was thoroughly professional, pre-empted most of the questions i had, and answered a few i hadn't thought to ask. What contact i did have with Nick was very much in this vein, he was helpful, patient and thoughtful in the information he provided. From what I saw of the rest of the office i think it is no accident she is working where she is. I was thoroughly impressed, and can think of no faults. Being a very critical person that has worked in retail and wholesale business I am surprised that i can't think of any room for improvement.
