Nick basically sold our house the first week of advertising and even though that sale fell through (no fault of Nick's) when it went back on the market it went again the first week. He also sold it for a higher price than any other agent thought we would get, some, highly recommended for selling in our area wanted to price it at under $40k less than he sold it for, we knew they were wrong. We took a chance and went for more and it paid off (very well).
