It's easy to sell a houses in a rising and easy market when demand outstrips supply - but much harder in a difficult market - and that's where Nick Dale was able to help us, and achieve a really good price for us. We had road closures so our place was difficult to access, covid isolation, a Federal election and interest rate rises. Nick had the perseverance and the tenacity to not give in and to keep on marketing. And in the end he got what we wanted.
