Nick is a most amiable person who was in close contact with us over a 9 month period. Our house was very unusual and difficult to compare with other properties on the market at that time. Nick worked cheerfully through the frustration of dealing with mainly Sydney buyers with their lack of knowledge and research regard life on a 5 acre rural property. He persevered through the frustration with good humour and achieved our sales target in the end. We had a few issues with the office administration in the early days but this was all resolved so as not to impact on the sales process. We actually miss having Nick around the place.

Nick Dale is an excellent agent to deal with in every way. From the first appointment to discuss the potential timing of selling and discussion about pricing, his advice turned out to be a very accurate account of what would take place. His advice re: private viewings rather than public open house viewings was the best option for this home. The feedback after viewings was always given in a timely manner. When offers were made he discussed these with me and at the crucial time of accepting an offer, my case was complicated by a counter offer and he assisted greatly with the tricky process of negotiations which then helped me to buy another property simulataneously through another agency. The conversations Nick had with stakeholders was extremely valuable and would not have been easy but he did all this very well and I am delighted with the outcomes we have now achieved. Kylie Poole was also very helpful in assisting with showing potential buyers through the home and also with final stages of conveyancing communications etc. I would definitely recommend both agents to anyone .

Nick Dale was extremely helpful and professional in our recent purchase. It was not an easy transaction for Nick because he was provided with very little information about the rural property and his clients were overseas. Also there was a last minute attempt to snatch the purchase away from us, just hours before exchange. Nick handled this situation professionally, giving the vendor an opportunity to consider the last minute offer and, thankfully, they decided to proceed to exchange with us.
