They all went the extra mile to ensure the process was a good experience - Nick's auctioneer is great and a commanding presence at auction - commitment throughout the process - eg 3 people at the open home meant more insight into prospective buyers, nick attended the photo shoot to ensure the best marketing shots were captured - great market knowledge of properties and buyers.
