Nick has assisted my wife and I in so many ways during this most recent sale period where every possible negative was being thrown at me - including serious health issues - a government doing its best to talk down the housing industry thereby lowering sale price outcomes for sellers and banks increasing interest rates at the worst possible time for me personally and a market that was playing games with sellers in an effort to steal properties below their net worth . Apart from dealing with the real estate issues NIck also had to cope with my other issues which were seriously impacting on myself and my wife daily - yet he always managed to cheer me up - remain positive - and give me confidence in his ability to get the best outcome.Apart from that he is a genuinely nice young man with great family values and I can trust him implicitly something not always self evident with a lot of Real Estate Agents. If I had any other properties to sell I would always offer Nick and his father Rob and their team first option because selling a house can be very stressful and NIck is patient and kind in how he interacts with people so he manages to take the heat out of all ad verse situations and gives sellers and buyers alike a confidence that you are being well treated and looked after as if you were a member of his own family.
