Fletchers, from my experience, have been outstanding in more ways than I can express in this forum. A few years back Nick and Rob Fletcher conducted a very difficult campaign to sell a property we needed to off load. Three other well know agents tried and failed, even with deals of "no sale no fees". Fletchers pitched nothing but their knoweldge of the market and honesty and the successful sale proved they were well in touch with the sentiment and mood of the local buyers. So when it came to selling my parents home, for me, there was no other choice. My sibling and I were after a quick sale in a difficult market at the wrong time of year.
