Nick was professional and approachable throughout the campaign. His communication was clear and I was always kept in the loop. Nick has a great grasp of the property market and conditions and was able to use this information to guide me every step of the way
Completely professional in presenting his company and then in his representing us. Flow of information eased the pain of selling for us
Nick has a tremendous ability to read the tone of the market and make the right decisions at the right time. His knowledge and understanding, borne out of generations of family involvement in real estate, made the daunting process of selling my first property a comfortable and rewarding experience. Along with Suki and the rest of the Fletchers Team, Nick gives you a feeling of confidence that drives your campaign from start to finish. I would highly recommend Nick to anyone looking to sell.
My association with Fletchers spans 3 generations, from John Fletcher to Rob (and Tim) Fletcher and now Nick (and Mark) Fletcher. I value their family integrity, honesty and trustworthy opinion of the market. Through my recent experience with the sale of 50 Ross St, Nick has carried on these important family virtues, and whilst he had provided me with honest and realistic expectations throughout the campaign, the final result had pleasantly surprised me (beyond expectation!), and well ahead of time too as the property had sold before auction. Throughout the campaign, communication was timely and I felt I had every understanding of the level of interest in our property, which ultimately led to a relatively easy decision when an offer had been made. I would highly recommend Nick Fletcher !
Good knowledge of the market. Regular update on what is happening. Generous with his time and advice.
I was faced with the daunting prospect of relocating after 23 years. I found Nick to be very friendly and accommodating and taking the worry out of buying and selling. Nick went above and beyond the call of duty in assisting me with negotiating the a conditional contract purchase of my new apartment through another agent, then marketing and selling my existing property in 3.5 weeks. Excellent result.
I could not have been happier with your courteous and professional approach, Nick. Well done for the happy outcome. Jan.
After mum died my sister and I rang the local agent (Fletchers North Balwyn) for advice on selling her unit. Nick dropped by and we had a useful discussion which lead to the auction, where we sold for more than we ever dreamt of. Nick was very helpful and professional during the campaign, keeping me updated on all the interested parties.
Fletchers made the process of selling our family home so easy. They worked so hard for us and held our hand along the way. I would recommend Nick and Rob and the team to anyone wanting to sell their property. Their property knowledge and reading of the market was spot on.
Nick is completely professional in the prerequisite skills and expertise in his field. More importantly, he has been very thorough and followed up on each update re OFI, interested parties, what to expect from buyers and best options. Completely happy with his services.
I am so pleased that Nick Fletcher was available to undertake the marketing and the sale of my property. Nick’s knowledge of the Real Estate industry is exceptional and gave me great confidence and led to an outstanding result.
His market knowledge, reach and history was of great value to our sale. His staff members were professional and communicative with the right balance of friendliness and support. I would highly recommend Nick and the Fletchers Team to other prospective sellers.
