Very happy with Nick hard working agent , carried out over 50 private inspections of our home over 2 weeks and achieved 300k over reserve , have been a seller- buyer of over 40 homes over a 25 year period and have not meet a better agent thanks very much for your work on our property

Nick Fletcher of Fletchers Real Estate is a very experienced professional and knows the market. From the time I engaged Nick, I found him to be courteous and extremely knowledgeable and his presentation to me was very thorough. Some years ago we engaged Fletchers Real Estate to sell another property and were very pleased with the result. Given the COVID-19 situation Nick had everything in place for safe viewing for prospective purchasers and his staff. My property was sold in 6 days. Thank you Nick for achieving a very satisfactory result with minimal hassle and I would certainly recommend Nick Fletcher of Fletchers Real Estate.
Nick’s quiet confidence combined with his integrity, knowledge, professionalism and excellent communication skills ensured both a stress free process and successful sales strategy for not only me but also for my tenants. I highly recommend Nick as an agent who is not only highly motivated but who also demonstates an awareness of the broader considerations when developing a sales strategy.
Nick was very helpful and professional. He kept us fully informed throughout the sale process and supported us during a fairly stressful tim.
Found a buyer out of nowhere, great result and although I didn’t get the price I wanted he was very honest and realistic All the other places in my apartment block as still for sale and he managed to find a buyer. Well done
From the get go we knew we were in safe hands. Nick Fletcher was patient with us every step of the way, keeping us fully informed on how the open for inspection & auction processes would work. We knew we had a great property to sell but the end result was exceptional. Thank you Nick for not only your incredible professionalism, but also your friendly & calming nature.
Nick was very eager, helpful and most professional throughout the entire campaign of auction of my mother’s family home. Our family’s thanks go to him and his team as we realised an excellent auction result which far exceeded our best expectations. Nick’s communication with us was incessant and always reassuring. We most strongly endorse him to any person wanting to sell or buy property.
From the first moment meeting Nick, we felt confident we had made a great choice! Nick's knowledge, experience and personability are outstanding. His advice about our sales campaign was spot on and the way he communicated with us via email, SMS and in person was exceptional throughout. Nick is courteous, thoughtful and extremely professional. We could not speak more highly of the way he handled the sale of our property and we were thrilled with the results.
In-depth market knowledge, excellent communication throughout the sale process, I would highly recommend Nick.
