Nick gave us solid advice and couldn’t have been more helpful and reassuring through the sale of our property. He ultimately exceeded our expectations of sale price. I highly recommend him to anyone wanting someone in realestate who is true to their word and delivers.
Nick made such a stressful process simple and easy. Took care of the whole thing for me whilst we were flat out busy. The best part was the very regular communication. Thanks Nick
Having had extensive experience with both buying and selling through Nick and his team, we were again very pleased with the outcome of this sale. We have come to know Nick well and appreciate his approach to us as buyers. His non pushy approach, backed by his strong market knowledge really assists the decision making process. Always a positive experience.

We appointed Nick to sell our home in Carindale. From the first meeting to the sale we found Nick very professional. He always kept us in the loop of what was going on and nothing was every an issue and always able to contact him. We highly recommend Nick.
Nick Foster was an agent I would highly recommend to anyone wishing to sell their home. He was professional, diligent and thorough. He ensured the smooth transition from seller to buyer and was always obliging in meeting our requests or any questions we had throughout the process. Both Marcel and I would like to thank Nick Foster personally for his professionalism and support.
We found Nick to be extremely enthusiastic and diligent with our sale. He always kept us in the loop with what was happening at all times and we found all advice he offered to be sound.
Nick made it easy for us to buy our first house. He was responsive and helpful to the buyers concerns.
Nick knows his stuf. He was very diligent and worked hard to get us top price. Our place was sold after the first open house with a contract in just 4 days
Nick has been in the industry for over twenty years. He knows the market and especially the suburb (Carindale) very well. We purchased the house remotely from Newcastle without a personal inspection. But we do not worry at all because Nick gave us a lot of help and he is a man with high working ethics. Definitely recommend him as an agent.
From the moment we met Nick at the inspection he was welcoming and knew the property intimately. Nick worked late Sautrday and brought the contract over on a Sunday to get the deal done. He kept us up to date through the whole process. I would highly recommend Nick if you want to sell your property quickly.
