Nick's has an excellent knowledge of the market. He listens to your requests and acts on them. Has a wealth of knowledge on how best to present to your property. Nick always gave feedback from open house or individual inspections on the day and usually within a short time of these inspections. He checked in with us regularly keeping us informed of buyers coming through our house.
