Nick is the best agent that I've worked with to date as a seller. We sold prior to auction and there was a point of the sale at which Nick could have taken the safe option to sell lower at a price. We had a price that we were willing to accept and he could have easily stopped there and still collect his commission. However, Nick has always felt very committed to us as a seller and kept going in a demanding negotiation and managed to get an excellent sale price. I think the part that makes Nick a standout agent is that he managed to do this with considerable integrity and a commitment to not mucking the buyers around. These conditions weren’t met. Nick took no accountability for this. Even worse no apologies were given, which in actual fact would have been sufficient. We would not recommend Nick without reservations.
