I grew to know Nick through his pivotal .role in selling my last house. To his credit, he's maintained contact knowing I'm a customer of the future but not immediately. He phones me for Anzac Day that he knows is a big day for me. That demonstrates both genuine engagment with his customers on a personal level and very high EQ.
