I grew to know Nick through his pivotal .role in selling my last house. To his credit, he's maintained contact knowing I'm a customer of the future but not immediately. He phones me for Anzac Day that he knows is a big day for me. That demonstrates both genuine engagment with his customers on a personal level and very high EQ. A young agent with all the right qualities to make him a star. I gave him 4 on two counts because I have no experience of him in those roles though I believe he'd probably get a 5 were I have direct experience.. "One to watch" in my opinion! :) Peter
