Nick was recommended to me by a customer of mine. I spoke to Nick a few months ago and he gave me a market appraisal and what he thought he could sell the property for. He achieved this plus a couple of grand. Although the initial contract fell thru because a buyer couldn't obtain finance in time, this was when Nick was at his best. He kept me up-to-date throughout the entire process and worked hard to get another contract. Within a week we had another contract on the property from one of his many investor contacts. The entire process was very smooth and when there was slightest chance something was not going according to plan, nick was on the blower giving me a heads up before the solicitors even knew what was going on. This is about the 5th or 6th time we have bought and sold property and by far an away nick at http://gpad.com.au/ is the most reliable, honest and reliable agent I have dealt with. I will defiantly be using nick again in the near future.
