I am happy I used Nick Goodsell's professional services to sell my property - Nick kept me informed at all stages of the negotiations - he did not pressure me at any time to drop my price just to get a sale - when the other party raised contentious issues Nick sent emails to the other party supporting my position & the Contract price - no complaints - I would use Nick again when selling or buying any property.
