I have come across Nick on both the buyers side and sellers side of the property market. On the buyers side he was conscientious and we had a great rapport almost instantly. Bi-weekly updates on the campaign were appreciated, both phone calls, in person meetings and email summaries - which while trying to buy a property at the same time meant that if I missed a phone call with Nick I still had the details of how the campaign tracked. The proof of the excellent campaign Nick ran for my property was that we received an outstanding outcome in a falling market; exceeding out expectations. There were at least five buyers in the crowd for our property which lead to the excellent result.

With so many agents anxious to be the one to sell your property, it is difficult to choose. Nick Goold stood out from the rest with his friendliness, knowledge and professionalism without being patronising or condescending. He was very professional and courteous, and took a great interest in doing the best for selling my property. He was there on Open Days and was the auctioneer.
