Nick is truly one of a kind when it comes to selling your property. Between myself and my family we have now used Nick three times and every time has been not only professional but the knowledge and realistic discussions were bang on! Unfortunately this review only has five stars - I would give many many more. I've never sold a house before so wasn't very sure of the process and Nick was extremely patient with my constant questions and queries. I'd say he went above and beyond the call.

Nick approached the sale with a clear plan and followed it thru to a satisfactory conclusion without any unrealistic promises etc Overall he got the job done in not the easiest of circumstances !

When I moved to the US in the late 2000s I chose Chisholm & Gamon to be my property managers. When it came time to sell I approached them to discuss the challenges of prepping and selling a house from overseas. Nick got straight back to me with info, ideas and basically a sense of "its ok, we've got this for you". I've never sold a house before so Nick patiently answered all my questions and dealt with those moments when I was veering over into being a control freak (and I totally was lol). He facilitated having the house prepped/styled and throughout the campaign provided detailed feedback of progress and suggestions for any adjustments we needed to make. Throughout that I never felt that any of those suggestions were pushed onto me and that I remained in charge of all decisions - there was never any pressure to do things "Nick's way" just to get the sale done. We had scheduled the auction for the week after Easter when I would be in Australia. Subsequently Nick and I chatted about that not being the right timing, which worried me since I would be back in the US. Nick and I met to talk it through and to sign all the paperwork that could make it happen if I wasn't there. The whole process was easy and once again, I felt very comfortable making the decision. Nick also arranged for the auction to be streamed live so that I could watch, which was fantastic. Auction day came, along with a huge storm. I'm sure its a challenge for an auctioneer to have to crowd everybody inside but that's what needed to happen and Nick dealt with it with his normal calmness and professionalism.
