C&G's Torsten and Nick gave me a good understanding of how the market was performing in my area, provided thoughtful and practical advice and support on how best to present the house, communicated well every single step of the way (after every open house, I got a run down of who had visited), and gave me a very clear understanding of the strategy that would be used on auction day. We hear so many bad things about real estate agents, but these guys can be trusted to do great work, and take care of you. I highly recommend them.
Nick was easy to deal with from start to finish. He explained the process very clearly and you always felt he had time for you to answer questions or give feedback about opens. He was at every open himself and was quick to provide feedback. In past sales we have had agents promise a lot and not deliver but Nick did everything he said he would and gave us good advice throughout the process.
