Both my wife and myself enjoyed dealing with Nick ,either of us would ring and discuss any part of the sale .We had simple and clear feedback and we all stuck to the sale plan . His valuation was exact and we achieved the result we were all expecting . He knew who was interested in the property and we felt he kept them all in play .
