I have been extremely pleased with Roy and Nick throughout the process. They have guided us through all the steps and have given professional advice and support. I have completed the survey but there was no option to put down an attribute that I consider important: both Nick and Roy are genuinely nice people and the time spent with them was really enjoyable.
