Nick helped the reviewer sell this property

Testimonial

After having found Barry Plant Realty on the web we were surprised at the low commission percentage and the realistic advertising packages available. Nick as the auctioneer was very helpful in explaining how these are normally run and where he felt the bidding would slow. Nick ensured that we were fore warned of possible outcomes in the event that we didn't have multiple bidders. As it turned out his market knowledge was very good and whilst we were not told on where to set the reserve his guidance was excellent and we had set the reserve correctly to where he felt the bidding would slow and might need a lift. We realised an excellent sale and some of this has to be credited to the number of prospective buyers that came through the house and how the sale leading up to the auction was managed, we have no hesitation in recommending Nick to others.
