Nick from the beginning of our enquiries when we were considering sale agents has been fast, professional, detailed, thorough. We live interstate from this investment property, although that never was an issue during this process. Nick worked with our tenants, and engaged them during the process He provided a sound opinion on preparing the home for sale, and what was a worthhy investment or not. We had a realistic expectation for sale price and time frame, Nick delivered on that We even had a storm water event during the time the house was for sale, he got involved with that too Had a small hiccup caused by the purchaser once the house was sold and during time of settlement, but once again Nick had it in hand with both settlement agents, and the purchasers finance broker Absolutely no hestiation in using Nick again (shame he doesn’t travel Australia wide, as I’d have him working on those too!)
