I have now known Nick Matullic from first National West Ryde for over 5 years and have bought, sold and rented all my properties through Nick. If I have to buy a property from another agent Nick will still provide me with all the logical and trustworthy advice that I need to make the purchase through another agent as any other agent never provides the service Nick does. Nick will always go out of his way for me whether is be a simple rental of a property or a major purchase or sale of a development. Over the years we have become close friends from all the dealings we have done together I always have and will continue to recommend Nick to anyone requiring real estate service.

Nick knows the market well. He understood the buyer groups which the property would appeal to, and was able to generate strong interest from a variety of potential purchasers within days of listing. The outcome was positive and our experience with him was nothing but professional.

We bought a property from Nick and sees his professionalism and communication skills and decided to hire him to sell our property as well. He achieved a great result on our property. Our experiences were great, he is proactive and provided great tips and advices to maximise the potential of our property.

Nick is a very hard working agent in my local area, whether he's working for a buyer or seller. We ran into some trouble with first home buyers but Nick was always confident and kept trying his best. In the end, we ended up with a better result then when we started. Overall, he performed very well as a real estate agent.
