Nick answered the majority of the questions asked, but what I found with him that he was honest and didn't try to push us into a purchase, which made us feel relaxed and more in control.

Nick was very helpful from the first day of the negotiation till settlement day. Communication was great always returned my calls and was happy to assist with any issues.

We are very quick to criticise when we receive poor service but slow to comment on good service. Nick provided us with excellent service. We gave him a wish list, and he obviously did his research as we purchased the first home that he showed us through. Being based near Geelong a lot of our communication was by phone and e-mail and Nick never missed replying to either in a prompt and professional manner. We have purchased and sold eleven houses in our forty six years marriage and the personal service we received from Nick was by far the best we have received from an Estate Agent.

Nick has been extremely helpful and professional over the past few months. He has helped me understand the market and advised me on how to proceed with the sale of my property. I highly recommend him and will always seek out his advice whenever needed.
