I actually wrote this review about a week ago but it seems it didnt go through correctly. We dealth with Nick who was competent and well mannered. He had the knowledge of the area, the property and the market. Communication the whole way through was good. Would reccommend :)
In a tough time for sale with tennants and a slow market Nick was able to get us a reasonable price and went above and beyond with communication and follow up. I would recommend him to anyone trying to sell their home. This is the second time we have been involved in a sale and on both parts as buyer and seller he has been excellent.
