I actually wrote this review about a week ago but it seems it didnt go through correctly. We dealth with Nick who was competent and well mannered. He had the knowledge of the area, the property and the market. Communication the whole way through was good. Would reccommend :)
In a tough time for sale with tennants and a slow market Nick was able to get us a reasonable price and went above and beyond with communication and follow up. I would recommend him to anyone trying to sell their home. This is the second time we have been involved in a sale and on both parts as buyer and seller he has been excellent.
My dealings with Nick made my sale easy and stress free. He was always helpful informative and pleasant. I would retain him as an agent if I sell my home. I would also recommend him to friends. Young vibrant and enthusiant is how would describe him. Good choice.
Nick is the best!! Certainly had his work cut out for him with a difficult sale but was so helpful the whole way through I can't recommend him enough🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Have use Nik to sell our house in Wattle Grove, they were fantastic and prompt to act. We sold our house in just 3 weeks, Highly recommended
5 stars all around for Nick Mitchell, not only did we sell through this great man( first offer was above what we asked for) but he also found us our forever home! Thanks so much Nick
One home open and in less than a week the house was sold! Nick went the extra mile to find people suitable to look at our house rather than hoping people would just show up. That initiative is what sold our house so fast. Very professional and personable. Easy to deal with and made every step as smooth as possible. Will definitely use Nick again for any future real estate endeavours!
Initially our selection was for a more "local" rep but as it turned out, that was a poor choice. After the initial 3 months of nothing, we reverted to Nick and achieved success in a very difficult market.
Used Nick to sell my property as well as my Parents Property , and Nick was able to sign up a buyer within days of putting both properties on the market, and achieving the asking price on one property and above the asking on the other . What more could any seller want.
Nick not only achieved an outstanding result for the sale of my property but also displayed exceptional skills in communication, marketing and negotiation. I was constantly informed and provided with timely feedback upon every open home inspection. I would again turn to Nick without hesitation when needing the services of a professional and knowledgeable real estate agent
