I know nothing about real estate. Most people don’t, but claim they do.. I called Nick simply because he sold a similar property in my street. People thought I was crazy because I used an agent from outside my local '’area’’. Choosing Nick proved to be one of the best life decisions we have made and I’m glad I listened to my gut. He can sell anything in any area. Don’t overthink it if you are thinking of selling, just call Nick.
