I know nothing about real estate. Most people don’t, but claim they do.. I called Nick simply because he sold a similar property in my street. People thought I was crazy because I used an agent from outside my local '’area’’. Choosing Nick proved to be one of the best life decisions we have made and I’m glad I listened to my gut. He can sell anything in any area. Don’t overthink it if you are thinking of selling, just call Nick. Down to earth, professional, knowledge of everything about the property. Nick never needed to refer back to anyone. He had done his homework and why?
