His price estimate was in line with the sale price and really worked hard getting a lot of groups through the house, to get a great price very quickly. Nick originally quoted an acceptable and realistic value of our property before the corona virus was evident, his wasn't the highest quote, but after doing my research it seemed to be the most realistic, and I felt that I could work well with him. As time progressed we began to doubt whether we would actually achieve the the original value but we actually exceeded it in spite of the added difficulties due to the virus. The property was vacant and Nick kept me informed at all times of necessary maintenance, even vacuuming refuse left by a tradesman himself.
