Nick originally quoted an acceptable and realistic value of our property before the corona virus was evident, his wasn't the highest quote, but after doing my research it seemed to be the most realistic, and I felt that I could work well with him. As time progressed we began to doubt whether we would actually achieve the the original value but we actually exceeded it in spite of the added difficulties due to the virus.
