Nick is a wonderful man who did a great job especially because of the way the market is at the moment. He was continually in contact with me keeping me in the loop. He never gave up even when the property was passed in at auction and kept working on it week in and week out doing open house time twice a week at different times and also at times did things for me which I think a lot of other estate agents wouldn't.
