Every so often you encounter someone who excels in what they do, and you benefit from it. In December 2021 we engaged Nick Papas from Agents & Co to manage the sale of our home in Botany. What a great decision! He was professional, friendly, responsive and made everything absolutely seamless. He is also supported by a great team who provided comprehensive weekly reports and fabulous marketing material. Last week, after 20 days on the market, our property at Botany sold for a price that exceeded our expectations. I unreservedly recommend Nick. Not only is he a great real estate agent, he’s a warm and genuinely nice person!

Nick was so accommodating throughout the whole home buying process. The team took the time to understand our family and our needs helping us fine our forever home. The whole team really exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend them.

Nick and his team sold our property off market very quickly and efficiently. Absolutely no fuss or hassles. Very happy and would highly recommend Nick.

Great service and advice from Nick and the team at Agents & Co. Nick came up a with a great plan on how to market the property and when to put it on the market to get the best result. I got a really quick sale and a great price that exceeded my expectations. I'd be happy to use Nick and team at Agent & Co again.

Nick's manner was personal and supportive. My experience dealing with Nick was as expected - exceptional and effective, rounded off by a substantial foundation in industry knowledge to achieve the desired result!

Everything you could want from an agent - responsive, courteous, great advice and guidance throughout the sale process.

I mostly dealt with Natalie Vega and Chloe Curtis and was so impressed with their professionalism, attention to detail and follow up. Nick was always very available, friendly and professional to discuss anything I needed to talk through leading up to the purchase. I felt well looked after and would recommend the team for selling, buying and renting your property.

I had been looking to purchase a property for several months with no success. When I first met Nick Papas, I learnt very quickly how honest and reliable he was. Not only did he explain the whole process, he went above and beyond during and after the purchase. His professionalism is second to none, and his calm approach made me feel comfortable and at ease. Thanks to Nick Papas and his team I was finally able to secure my dream home for myself and my children. I cannot thank Nick enough for his support and transparency throughout the process, a truly rare quality in Real estate agents these days. His services would be highly recommended to any intending purchaser or vendor.

Nick and the team offer a professional service, Nicks communication is spot on, answers every phone call and query right away. Thanks mate

In an industry full of Sharks, Nick made the process easy. No shifty tactics. If I had another house to sell Nick would be selling it.

Professional, courteous and responsive. Nick and Natalie assisted in the sale of my property. Whilst stressful at times, they remained calm and positive throughout the process. Very responsive team who got our property over the line.

Nick has been an excellent agent, selling my mother's apartment quickly and without unnecessary cost.
