Nick and Natalie are honest and caring agents who really take the time to help you. We very much appreciated all their time and effort to help us secure a fantastic property. You could tell they really wanted the best outcome for the vendor as well and we’re great to buy from. Thanks so much!
When we first met Nick we had no hesitation that he would be able to sell our property given his great understanding of the market and the area. Nick doesn't over or understate what a projected result would be, he is honest, straight to the point and provides sound data to back himself. We gave Nick a particularly challenging brief and he delivered it in spades. In spite of some detours in the process that were not of his doing, Nick committed to the course and delivered a great result in record time. What sets Nick apart is his ability to work alongside each different party in a sale in a compassionate way that manages to address each person's different and varying priorities. This isn't an easy feat and it shows the unique insight he brings to each interaction. The Century 21 Eastern Beaches Maroubra Team is nothing short of outstanding and wonderful to work with and together they are an asset to any vendor. Thank you again for a great result and we wish you nothing but the very best.
Nick and team Century 21 were amazing to work with. Their professionalism, communication, and motivation exceeded our expectations! Would definitely recommend them, and will definitely be using their services again.
Good understanding of the market, overall great experience and great agent. Nick was very professional throughout the whole campaign and managed to secure the price we wanted on our apartment. Nick and his team were really easy to deal with, communicated well and gave honest advice throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend him and would definitely not hesitate to call him again if we ever had to sell again.

I cannot fault Nick and his team. The professionalism and the constant support and guidance made this sale so smooth and stress free. We are forever thankful plus Nick is a genuine agent and all round nice guy who sold our place in know time . Thank you 🤟
very bad experience. The agent was pushing me and my pregnant wife a lot and made us nervous all the time. Even yelled at me and called me idiot. The price was far below my expectation. Not recommended.
Great experience. From valuation to the sale of the property, Nick explained, advised and guided us through the whole process. Thank you Nick
As Nick, the Principal at the agency, was not my main Agent at Century 21 Maroubra I was surprised and impressed by his constant attendance and commitment to the sale of my property. Especially as he's the Principal there.

Honest and a pleasure to deal with! We have dealt with Nick few times already and he has proven himself as reliable, honest, knowledgeable agent. Nick and his team are very professional with excellent communication techniques; they always kept us updated throughout the sale process and went extra mile. Highly recommended!
