Nick listed and sold my mothers apartment within 4 weeks. His creative team offered something more than just a listing and selling service, they staged the property and also took care of making sure it was presented and shown to the very best of their ability. The biggest difference we found when working with Nick was his sincerity. It was my moms apartment in Maroubra and although we live in the USA and were going through a trying time in having to put my mom in a nursing home Nick’s team communicated so well that we felt they were right around the corner. We would highly recommend Nick and his team at Century 21 Maroubra not only for his knowledge and savvy but also for the concierge service that I felt he offered and we received. Great job Nick and team. Thank you Saul and Sherie Judah ( Los Angeles )

We really appreciate the professional advise, help and dedication, we received from Nick Papas and his experienced team throughout the smooth process of selling our apartment from day one. We will always be grateful, and won't hesitate to recommend and use Him again.

Felt very confident about selecting Nick for our sale, and that was mirrored in the result of the sale. Nick had our complete confidence and we had complete trust that he had our best interests at heart during the whole process. Very friendly and down to earth fellow who took us through the whole procedure at our first meeting and was able to put us at ease.

Really happy with the whole experience, Nick is very professional and was able to achieve a great result. Would highly recommend to friends and family

I am very impressed by the enthusiasm shown by Nick, Jono (and Eva when she was there). They have been very helpful and have shown a lot of empathy at this stressful time, (I am 64 and have never moved house before. Thank you Nick & Staff.

Nick and his team were fantastic, they went the extra mile and really worked their hearts out to get a great result. So happy with the result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nick to anyone else.

Massive thank you to Nick Papas and the team @ Century 21 Maroubra for the sale of our property. We are living interstate at the moment and you guys made the process so easy and fast from start to finish! We got the best possible price for our property, and are over the moon with the results! Thanks again. Highly recommended.

Nick was the best agent we have dealt with over many years. He was very friendly, professional and provided great service. He managed the sale process very well and was always in contact to update us on the progress. Nick went beyond the normal expected service most real estate agents provide. We would look to use Nick again based on his skills and quality of service. In conclusion we have no reservation in recommending Nick and his team.
