Just a short note to say that Nick exceeded our expectations in a market that has clearly slowed. He demonstrated integrity across all stakeholders and achieved excellent results for all. Friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and genuine. An excellent experience selling our property with Nick and his team.
Nick is highly professional, genuine and takes his job with the seriousness that is required of him in his position. Faced with selling our flat at a time when the property market was taking a fast downward turn and with fierce competition, Nick and his team did their absolute best to achieve a result as close as possible to our high expectations. Nick is very charming and personable and has the qualities that you need in an agent to get the job done.
I was impressed with Nick the first time we met. He was genuine in his understanding of my circumstances and reasons for selling. He was open in communications an checked details before sharing. Would recommend Nick and his team.
It has been a pleasure working with Nick and his team to sell and buy and lease property. They are a young vibrant trustworthy crew , and we would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone needing the services of a real eatate agency .
Nick was recommended to me by 2 separate contacts and I am so glad that I went with their recommendation as I am now telling other people that they should use Nick and his team. I couldn't fault any area of Nick's campaign, he came to us with suggestions on how we could improve the house for sale, organised a great team of photographers / videographers and even put us in touch with a great stylest who helped put the finishing touches on our property. Nick and his team Eva and Corey got us a really good result, but they were also just really good people to deal with with which made the process so much easier. We wouldn't hesitate to use Nick and his team again, and would recommend them to anyone looking to sell in the area.
Nick and Eva have done the great job for both vandor and buyer. Working on details, excellent communication, very friendly and professionaly to get all transactions done. I would like to highly recommend this company to all people who want to buy or sell property. William and Cindy
I would definitely recommend Nick. Selling this home was a big life event, Nick understood this and was always genuine and personable. He was very busy but he and Eva always responded promptly to my queries and always made time for me.
Nick and his staff were great throughout our property purchase. Nick was professional and friendly with good market knowledge but also patient and helpful when we struck of few hiccups along the way. Would not hesitate to recommend this agent.
Was prompt with all communication and advice. We don’t live locally so we needed our agent to be helpful in all aspects of the sale. Help with all the trades photos and fit out was much appreciated
