I couldn't more highly recommend Nick and his team at Agents and Co. Nick greatly assisted the purchasing process and was incredibly responsive, always available to answer our questions, and provided valuable guidance throughout the entire process. The entire team at Agents and Co. was professional, friendly, and made us feel supported from the first inspection to settlement. We are so grateful for their help in finding our apartment and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Nick's passion and enthusiasm is commandable. He and his team achieved a result for us in a short time too. Very happy

Amazing experience yet again with selling another property for our family. Would highly recommend Nick and his team to anyone looking to sell a property. Exceeding our expectations. Thanks Nick and team.

I don't think there's enough room here to list all the positive things, not just about Nick, but his team as well. My experience was great from the start. My sale was an estate one, my dads home, and I had never sold any property before, so I had a lot of questions. there was also a difficult family situation behind it all, and Nick had the patience of a saint, and super professional with any weird enquiries from my family. His communication was excellent. Nick was so happy to share information as well, and had time for decent discussions, which made me feel valued and in good hands. What you see is what you get with Nick, authentic, empathetic, smart, very knowledgeable about market conditions, great ideas for the property, he even had trades to help get through a lot of the cleanup to prepare my dads home, that were both super reasonable and efficient. We will definitely be dealing with Nick and his team in the future, and feel very lucky to have been working with him through the sale of my dads home.

Working with Nick Papas and his team was an absolute pleasure! From start to finish, they exceeded all expectations. Nick is knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly dedicated to ensuring every step of the selling process was seamless. Nick and his team took the time to understand our needs and were always available to answer questions, provide guidance, and offer support. The staff were exceptional at communicating with us throughout the campaign, staying organized, and making the entire process seamless and easy. Considering the current volatile market, Nick and his team achieved an astonishing result, setting a new street record for our property. Their expertise, commitment, and tireless effort were truly remarkable and far exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for a real estate agent who genuinely goes above and beyond, I highly recommend Nick Papas and his team. They turned what we thought would be a daunting process into a successful and rewarding journey!

Nick was very helpful in securing a property that was a great fit for our family. He was honest and upfront throughout the process, and made the entire transaction easy and stress free. We would highly recommend Nick and his team.

Excellent service and very professional.

We engaged Nick and his team to sell our apartment and the service they provided was outstanding. They were attentive, focused and compassionate at every step through the process, going above and beyond what was in the agent agreement. Nick demonstrated a deep understanding of the market and he expertly managed our anxieties along the journey, ultimately delivering an excellent result. We were buying a house concurrently to selling our apartment, and when I contrast the experience I had between the two agents as both a vendor and a buyer, it was chalk and cheese. I would definitely engage Nick again in future, in fact, I’d give Nick and his team 6 stars if I could!

Nick and his team helped us navigate through a buyers market to get the best price. Their knowledge of area sales, their marketing campaign and professionalism could not have been better. They took us step by step the process and the ease of contact with Nick and his staff made selling enjoyable. We were kept up to date with every open house and what else was selling in our area. With 2 agents on the job the other being Mitchell Farah from First Hand They jointly sold our property for a price we were very happy with. Thanks Team

Nick and his team did more research than we could do on the property’s potential. Then made sure we got what the property was worth.

Nick Papas is an outstanding agent offering a wealth of experience, positive energy and a rare humanity. He is a natural communicator who works collaboratively with his colleagues, and clients, to facilitate the considered choices needed to optimise the property sale. Nick's integrity was apparent at every stage of the marketing campaign, his sensitivity very much appreciated by our family as we were selling a deceased estate. We are so grateful to Nick and his team for their support of and commitment to our needs, interacting with us with a level of care and respect that alleviated any concerns. Nick and his team are wished continued success for offering such a high level of genuine professionalism.

Nick and the team were great to deal with for the purchase of my property. Communication was efficient and quick which helped with the process.
