Making the decision to sell a home that has been in my family for 70+ years was heartbreaking and a difficult decision to make. Nick, Natalie and the team at Agents + Co were patient and understanding and did not put any pressure on me at any time throughout the process. Communication was excellent, someone was always available for support and to answer any questions. I live interstate and the team really went above and beyond to keep me updated and help keep the property maintained. You will not be disappointed with using Agents + Co.

Nick, Nat and Maddison are genuine agents that have both the buyer and seller’s interest at heart. They are transparent and honest, making the journey of selling a home much more pleasant for everyone involved. Going into this sale we were apprehensive with the outcome, however they were readily available for us when we needed reassurance. The agents were prompt and reliable for all inspections and when it came time to finalise a sale, they were fully available and respectful of our wishes. Thank you to the Agents & Co team for an amazing outcome!
Nick, Maddison and their team at Agents + Co were fantastic! They kept us up to date on a personal WhatsApp chat and sent comprehensive marketing reports throughout the campaign. Nick was always honest, up-front and professional and he explained everything to us in layman's terms as we went along which made it a lot easier for us. His knowledge of the market and experience of selling properties in the area was evident from start to finish. We appreciated all the hard work that he and the team put in, going the extra mile to lock in a great outcome for us at the end. We would not hesitate to recommend Nick to anybody who is thinking of selling their property in the Maroubra area.
