l was impressed with Nick from the initial meeting and followed my gut instincts and l am glad l did ! thoroughly knowledgeable through out the whole sales process and very calming in the last week and on the day of the auction. My husband and I bought the above mentioned property on 18th Feb 2017 in an auction where the auctioneer was Mr. Nick Petrovski. We came to know Nick when we met him for the first time in one of the house inspections. He was one of the most welcoming property managers we had met. His warm welcome, big smile and nice attitude made the inspection very pleasant for us. He answered all of our questions in details and with patience which made us go for the next inspection. When we informed him about our interest in that property and asked him if there were any offers for that house from other potential buyers, he answered our questions with honesty and provided all the relevant and useful information regarding bidding in an auction. As we were first home buyers, his sound knowledge and guide lines were very useful for us and I believe they actually helped us to win the auction. After researching successful real estate sales in the Bundoora region, one agent stood out as producing great results - Nick Petrovski at Ray White Real Estate. So I phoned him. Nick immediately showed interest, was upfront with his idea of marketing, and provided a range of packages and prices to consider. Nick kept his promise to keep us continually updated on the campaign, and everything was handled over the phone and email while we were holidaying in Queensland. I met Nick the day before the Auction, and we agreed on a reserve. Later that night I sent Nick a text increasing the reserve slightly to meet our needs. Although this put Nick under more pressure, he came through and got the price we needed. The advertising, including brochures, was very professionally presented - beyond our expectation!
