Right from the getgo Nick insisted my property was not worth the amount I wanted and tried to convince me to accept $20000 less than I finally got. It was a continual battle and I never felt he represented my interests. My property was fully renovated and he kept comparing it to totally unrenovated properties that were achieving lower amounts. I made the mistake of settling on a fixed price for sale rather than a percentage. I paid $2400 for advertising that never eventuated including brochures that were always "at the printer" and I never received. I had one week of advertising on line and the promise was much more including Chinese ads. I made a point of asking if there would be any further charges and was assured none. At settlement a further charge was made for admin fees. He insisted on coming to my home to pressure me into selling. I would advise extreme caution with this agency.

if I was selling my house again I would definitely go with ray white. Andrew and nick came over had a chat and Andrew said nick will be the agent selling the house . to start with I was very stressed about the whole process of selling and moving but nick made that a breeze . I was very impressed with the way nick did things he was very polite always called every day to keep me updated on the progress of the open inspections made me and my family feel very comfortable ..gave me few ideas and was very patient with me. ..I was very impressed on how many family's came thru. I would highly recommended nick... his down to earth and a very genuine person
