Nick was great to work with throughout the buying and settlement process. He was upfront in the buying negotiation and he was very accommodating during settlement, organising for us to have tradespeople inspect the property so that we could do renovations immediately after settlement. He was so lovely when et we picked up the keys and he even bought us a nice bottle of wine to celebrate. Thanks Nick, we'll definitely be thinking of Purnell real estate if we need to sell or have someone manage our property.
