Purnell is family run and very ethical business, where no request is too hard and no query is too much trouble. I really can’t speak highly enough about the customer service received and this is very important during such an emotional and stressful sale period. I’ve dealt with many agents, some ethical, some not. I’ve dealt with over promises and under delivery. Purnell really set the highest of examples of ethical and honest dealings. They are true to their word and reliable and punctual. The bar is high and they go above and beyond. I was very unfamiliar with being able to sit back while every little detail plus more was taken care of promptly, thoroughly and professionally. The team also went out of their way to do a private showing that got the sale. Well done Nick and team , I think you run the best real estate business in Canberra!! A sales agent needs to be reliable and not just get the listing and not put in the hard yards with a lot of work and preparation. After working with many various agents including Nick and team (my second sale with Purnell) - I’m convinced nobody can sell better than Nick. It was such a smooth process and for that I am very grateful. On my second successful and smooth sale with Purnell, I cant think of a better agency. Thank you!
