The property in question was one of reasonable age wit a number of minor matters to be attended to prior to sale.As non-resident vendors we had to rely on Nick to a great extent to get the property ready for sale in a reasonable time which involved a great deal of negotiating with trades people etc and we greatly appreciated Nick's skills in these matters and in particular his no-nonsense approach to getting things done in a practical manner.
