A wise and knowledgeable agent.

Nick was a very helpful, knowledgeable (but not pushy!) agent. He knew the area well, or a well as one could in a rather unpredictable market. In helping us to prepare the house for open days he was cluey and his assistance (along with that of Sophie) was much appreciated. He has very good people skills and is great at reassuring and informing whilst not being gushy or unrealistic in price estimation. The result obtained exceeded expectations and we have no hesitations in strongly recommending him for anyone wanting to sell their home.
