Purnell Citywide has managed our investment property in Kingston and they also took care of the sale of the same property in August 2020. Everyone we dealt with in the team that manages rental properties managed by Brie was amazingly good. Communication was efficient and easy and we never had any concern that our property wasn't looked after. When it came time to sell, we naturally wanted Purnell Citywide to handle it. Nick did a stellar job marketing our property. The ad wording was perfect and didn't require any edit. Everything happened in a timely manner and Nick got us an offer at our asking price very quickly.
