I like many other Purchasers had become disillusioned with the existing property market. The marketplace was tough- consistent references to a property bubble where demand was high and inventory low. To make matters worse were the handful of Real Estate Agents giving all Agents a bad reputation. THEN came along -Nick. I saw the property on Saturday and had a brief and frank discussion with him during the inspection. I requested a copy of the contract be sent by Monday morning only to have exchange occur that evening. Nick, unlike many other Agents, took the no nonsense approach. He was honest, upfront and direct which I valued and appreciated. There were no games. He was there to secure the best outcome for the Vendor whilst still maintaining a degree of neutrality in meeting the Purchasers needs. He was knowledgeable, informative and his communication was more than timely- it was instant. Nick was a firm negotiator but equally fair in his approach which gained my respect. He was there and ready to answer all questions to secure the sale and furthermore made himself and his services readily available to facilitate and coordinate access to the property, building inspections, bank valuations etc. post exchange whilst still being mindful of causing as little disruption to the Vendor as possible which again, gained my respect and would have me retain him as my own Agent when the time comes to sell. Nick has established my faith in Real Estate Agents, something I never thought I would say. He is an exemplary example of what to expect out of an Agent and is a credit to his profession.
