Having both brought and sold with Nick Renna previously over the years, I had no hesitation in listing my property for sale with him and Jellis Craig again. A realistic market appraisal, honesty and alignment on price and what was required to sell the property was present from our initial chat through to sign on and ultimately a sale. Targeting buyers and conducting initial virtual open for inspections, which thankfully progressed to one on one’s, was challenging versus my previous sales experience. I found Nick to be Very Pushy and persuasive to sell even though we thought it was under value, it appeared that he was only interested in the commission. I sensed that he was desperate to make a sale and not work to the best interest of the vendor.
