Having both brought and sold with Nick Renna previously over the years, I had no hesitation in listing my property for sale with him and Jellis Craig again. A realistic market appraisal, honesty and alignment on price and what was required to sell the property was present from our initial chat through to sign on and ultimately a sale. Targeting buyers and conducting initial virtual open for inspections, which thankfully progressed to one on one’s, was challenging versus my previous sales experience. However, Nick and the team supported by Kosta and Tina, ensured l had real buyers available to produce a competitive sale pre auction, in a post lockdown environment. I was extremely happy with both previous and the way my current inspections were held, the post follow up debriefs on buyers and management of my expectations throughout the whole campaign. Nick is a personable and professional leader in his industry, who without hesitation l would use again for future property decisions. He is a pleasure to deal with and has maintained contact over a 15 year period which is rare and valued. I would highly recommend Nick to any future buyers and sellers to represent your interests, his genuine service is over and beyond.
