From the minute Nick walked in I could tell he was not your 'typical real estate agent'. We had listed our house a year previously with the 'local' real estate and were told all the right lines followed every instruction they gave and not one offer - sadly nothing even close. I was more apprehensive this time and had interviewed with two other agents before I met Nick determined not to fall prey again. From the beginning Nick spoke as if we were already on the same team, like selling the house was exactly as important to him as it was to us. Not only did he listen and offer constructive advise he was also honest, good for a laugh and never I did I feel pressured to sign with him then and there. I called the next day to sign and it was the best decision we made. His price was less than the 'other mobs' which gave me some doubts to start but his terms never changed - suppose you can charge less when you sell lots more. Not only did we get exactly what we needed from the sale Nick was there to talk me through everything. When he says he's with you 24/7 he really means it - its not a call my office and I'll call you back when I get time, usually next business day. I could contact him anytime I had a question, no matter how trival, and if he didn't answer right away he would call you back usually within 10 minutes and if he couldn't answer it quickly then would book in a time to chat within few hours. On top of all this Nick also takes selling each house so personally that he has his own photographer who is amazing, but he even came around with his cushions to help style to property and move furniture to get it look just right. He takes all the guess work out of every tiny details and decision for you and you actually feel supported. More like a personal real estate coach than an agent. I could not recommend Nick enough to sell your home.
