I have dealt with many real estate agents in the Newcastle region both for work and personally when looking for myself and my partner's first home and now with our first investment property. We purchased our first home with Nick in 2013 and he made the experience very enjoyable and stress free. He went out of his way to organize appointments and listen to what we were after in the family home. This was great because other agents only pushed what they wanted to sell. This year we are fortunately in a position to be in the market for our first investment property and again went to the market and dealt with a number of real estate agents some of whom we found at times to be less than caring. Frustrated with what was going on with other agents, we again contacted Nick Sarkis who not only remembered us but recalled the address of our home and what we did for work. Nick again asked us what we wanted eg: area, dollars and time frame. He again did his homework and came back with a number of options. Nick took us to a number of houses and organized suitable times to go through them even occasionally outside the open house inspection when we couldn't get there for whatever reason such as family medical emergencies. Nick worked not only with myself but also considered the time frame and requirements of the vendor, and arranged times outside his work hours to meet everyone's commitments. Nick was also very easy to get a hold of when I had a question and came back to me with answers well before I expected. We are happy to say we are settling in August 2016. The service we have received from Nick and the Noel McFarlane team has been nothing but great. You will be happy dealing with them. Five stars.

Nick was fabulous in every aspect of the sale of our home. He was pro active in seeking buyers for our home and got us a price higher than we ever expected. Very professional and a great communicator. He was always available to explain things and answer any questions we had. We couldn't recommend him high enough.

In my role I encounter a lot of agents, rarely do they display the level of integrity of Nick. I have now purchased three properties through Nick on behalf of clients and each transaction has been seamless. He maintains regular contact and acts with all parties best interests in mind. While he works for the vendor and I for the buyer, Nick demonstrates a high level of care for both his and my clients. I had difficulty with the first few agents I dealt with and expecting to receive the same service from Nick. What does this man not do? Couldn't have asked for a better result as we got full price for our house before it even made it to market. Nick's advice was spot on .
